Prachi Mehta has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Prachi started their career in 2010 as a Financial Analyst at Northern Trust, where they audited accounts for high net worth clients globally and provided monthly and annual reports. Prachi also conducted research and resolved exceptions, coordinating with different partner areas in Chicago, Bangalore, and London. In 2013, Prachi joined Next Smartsourcing Services Pvt.Ltd as a Sr. Consultant for a brief period. Later in 2013, they joined IonIdea as a Team Lead for Talent Acquisition.
Prachi Mehta completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Journalism & Mass Communication from Suryadutta Institute between 2005 and 2008. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance & Marketing from MATS Institute of Management, Bangalore, from 2008 to 2010.
