Amy Hastings

Amy Hastings is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Ionik since April 2022, following the acquisition of Federated Foundry, where Hastings held roles as Co-Founder and General Counsel. Hastings also provides legal advisory services to General Assembly Pizza, Fibernetics, Beachfront, and has been involved with Communitech as a Board Member and Corporate Secretary since September 2017. Previous experience includes providing legal counsel at companies such as RhythmOne, Perk, and TextNow, with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, compliance, and corporate governance. Amy Hastings holds a BA in Political Science from Columbia University and an LLB from the University of Windsor.
