Jan Beckers

Jan Beckers has had a diverse range of work experience throughout their career. Jan is currently the Chief Investment Officer at BIT Capital GmbH, an Asset Manager that invests in the winners of big technological shifts. Prior to this, Jan was the Founder and Chairman of IONIQ Group, which builds industry-transforming platforms such as Heartbeat Labs and FinLeap. Jan also served as the Founder and largest shareholder of FinLeap, Europe's leading FinTech company builder. Jan has a background in investment holding and was a Managing Director and investor in companies such as DeliveryHero and Clio.com. Jan was also a Venture Partner at Team Europe Ventures, an incubator for companies such as SponsorPay and DeliveryHero, where they played a key role in their early stages. Jan was the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Fyber (formerly SponsorPay), an advertising technology company for the app economy. Jan co-founded Absolventa.de and served as its interim CEO, as well as founded and served as CEO of PRIVATE productions. Jan began their entrepreneurial journey as the Founder and CEO of Studenta.de. Throughout their career, Jan has had significant success in building and investing in companies in various sectors.

Jan Beckers attended the University of Münster from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a degree in Business Administration and Marketing. Jan completed their studies with a Diplom-Kaufmann (MScBM) qualification.
