Ilan Ovadia

Ilan Ovadia has worked in the software engineering field since 1996. Ilan'sfirst job was as an Embedded Software Engineer at Motorola Solutions. Ilan then moved to Abstract (an embedded SW outsourcing company) in 1998, working as a Senior Embedded Software Engineer. In 2000, they became the Embedded Software Team Leader at Millimetrix. In 2006, they became the Network Management Group Manager at BigBand. In 2010, they joined N-trig as a SW Architect. In 2014, they were appointed as the SW Director at Siano Mobile Silicon. In 2016, they became an Entrepreneur at JAT Communication, where they were responsible for the architecture of the entire system, design and development of the Server (Tomcat, Java), Front-end (Angular 2), Database (PostgreSQL) and mobile application, and deployment in the Cloud (AWS). In 2017, they were the Software Manager at MultiPhy. Finally, in 2019, they became the Technical Director Control Plane and Kubernetes and Senior SW Architect at Ionir.

Ilan Ovadia obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science and Economics from Tel Aviv University between 1993 and 1996. Ilan also holds a certification from Coursera in Getting Started with Google Kubernetes Engine, which they obtained in April 2019.
