Giovanni Luciani

Giovanni Luciani has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. From 2022, Giovanni has been working at IonQ as a Technical Recruiter, responsible for conducting market analysis, sourcing and screening candidates, and preparing them for roles in the quantum realm. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2022, Giovanni worked at Amazon in multiple roles. Giovanni started as an Executive Account Manager, where they managed donations, marketing campaigns, and resolved account issues. Following that, they worked as a Recruiting Coordinator, coordinating with recruiting staff and managing hiring events. Giovanni then became a Technical Recruiter for Amazon Prime Air, where they identified and sourced candidates for challenging roles. Eventually, Giovanni became a Talent Acquisition Manager, leading and developing a team while collaborating with business leaders to develop talent engagement strategies. Before their time at Amazon, Giovanni was in the United States Air Force from 2007 to 2014. In this role, they served as a Warehouse Operations Manager and later as an Aircraft Armament Systems Craftsman, gaining skills in logistics management and aircraft maintenance.

Giovanni Luciani attended Riverview Community High School from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained their high school diploma. After that, they pursued further education at the Community College of the Air Force from 2010 to 2014, earning a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Maintenance and Repair Technology. In addition to their formal education, Giovanni also obtained two certifications: a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from Amazon in October 2018 and an Ignite - Advanced Leadership certification from Amazon in August 2018.
