Jofre Pedregosa Gutierrez

Jofre Pedregosa Gutierrez is a Computational Physicist at IonQ since May 2022. Prior to this role, Jofre served as an Associate Professor at Aix-Marseille University from September 2008 to April 2022. Additionally, Jofre held the position of Visitor Research Associate Professor at the Centre for Quantum Technologies from September 2018 to August 2020, collaborating with the group of M. Mukherjee. Earlier experience includes postdoctoral research roles at Laboratoire Kastler Brossel from May 2007 to August 2008 under Prof. L and at Dublin City University from January 2006 to April 2007 with Prof. J. Jofre completed a PhD in Atomic/Molecular Physics at Queen's University Belfast from September 2002 to February 2006, where the research was supervised by J. Greenwood. Jofre also holds a Master's degree in Physics from Universitat de Barcelona, obtained between 1997 and 2002.
