Neha Batra

Neha Batra PhD is a Senior Hardware Engineer at IonQ since April 2023, previously serving as an R&D Electrical Engineer III at Microsoft from September 2021 to March 2023, where responsibilities included cryogenic hardware development and leading laboratory asset management projects. Prior experience includes positions as a Process Engineer at Facebook Reality Labs and as a freelance STEM consultant. Neha also held roles in research and project assistance at the National Physical Laboratory and was a Mathematics and Science Tutor. Neha holds a PhD in Physical Sciences from the Academy of Scientific and Innovative Research and has a strong academic background in physics, earning both a Master's and Bachelor's degree from Delhi University.
