About

The team at IonQ has a long history of experience and success in the field of quantum information and computer science. The team is led by Founder, President and CEO, Applied Quantum Technologies, and includes a Gilhuly Family Distinguished Professor of Physics and Electrical and Computer Engineering at Duke University, a Fellow at Center for Quantum Information and Computer Science (QuICS), a College Park Professor at University of Maryland, a Fellow at Joint Quantum Institute, and a Professor at Duke University. The team's education histories are also quite impressive, including degrees from the University of Colorado Boulder, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Stanford University, and Seoul National University.
