Dr. Swati Patil

Dr. Swati Patil currently serves as the Director Talent Development at iOPEX Technologies, where Dr. Swati has been working since February 2021. Prior to this role, Dr. Swati held various positions at Tata Consultancy Services over a span of 17 years, including Head HR and SAP Consultant in Talent development. In addition, Dr. Swati also worked at DSQ Software Limited as a Quality Analyst from April 2002 to July 2004.
