Bullappa kannakatti

Bullappa Kannakatti has extensive work experience in the technology industry, with roles at various companies spanning from 2001 to present. Bullappa currently serves as the Director of Software Engineering at IoTium, where they lead the engineering and devops team in building a secure cloud platform for IoT and enterprise devices. Bullappa started the project from incubation to deployment using Agile development methods and open source tools. Under their leadership, the OT-access product line has generated multi-million dollar revenue. Prior to IoTium, they worked as a Senior Staff Engineer at vArmour from 2016 to 2018. Before that, Bullappa held the position of Staff Engineer at Juniper Networks from 2010 to 2015, where they were responsible for system test activity. Bullappa also served as a Lead Engineer at NetDevices and Alcatel-Lucent from 2004 to 2010, and as a Software Engineer with grade IV at Adaptec for a brief period in 2004. Bullappa began their career as a Lead Engineer at HCL-CISCO ODC in Chennai, India in 2001.

Bullappa Kannakatti pursued a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Gulbarga University between 1997 and 2000.
