Hana Sahdev

Hana Sahdev currently serves as Senior Securities and Corporate Counsel at Iovance Biotherapeutics, Inc. since March 2025. Prior to this role, Hana held various positions at Seres Therapeutics from March 2021 to March 2025, including Assistant General Counsel, Associate General Counsel, and Senior Corporate Counsel. Hana began a career in corporate law as a Corporate Associate at Mintz from September 2017 to February 2021. Earlier experience includes an associate role at Human Rights Watch from June 2011 to June 2013. Hana earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree, magna cum laude, from Boston College Law School in 2017 and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of California, Berkeley in 2011.
