Molly M. Phillips

Molly Phillips has a wealth of experience in the broadcasting industry. Molly currently serves as the Chair of the Organization of State Broadcast Executive (OSBE), a role they took on in 2023. Before that, they were the Executive Director and General Manager of Iowa PBS since April 2013. Prior to that, Molly worked at Iowa Public Television for over 20 years, starting as the Director of Communications in January 1990 until their departure in March 2013.

Molly Phillips earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Grand View University, where they studied from 1985 to 1989.
