Jim Graham currently serves as Bureau Chief at the Iowa Public Employees' Retirement System and as Chief Investigator at the Iowa Board of Medicine, where responsibilities include leading investigations into complaints against physicians. Past experiences include serving as a Deputy at the Dallas County Sheriff's Office and as a Police Officer at the Perry Police Department, with roles as a DART/SART Officer and Drug Recognition Expert. Additionally, Jim served as a Criminal Justice Instructor at Des Moines Area Community College, teaching various subjects within the field. A seasoned paramedic, experience includes roles at Mary Greeley Medical Center and Dallas County EMS. Jim holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Boston University and Bellevue University, respectively.
