Ana Rodrigues

Ana Rodrigues has worked in various roles in the Human Resources and Business Development fields since 2016. In 2016, they held the role of Marketing and Business Developer at Multiverso - Software. From 2017 to 2018, they held the role of Talent Acquisition | Talent Development at both PRIME IT CONSULTING and Prime Nearshore. During this time, they managed full-cycle recruitment processes, organized new employee orientations, and led and managed a recruiting team of three. In 2018, they held the role of Talent Acquisition Freelancer at Basecone and Head of People & Culture at Ubiwhere. In 2021, they began their current role as Head of People at iownit capital and markets, Inc., where they serve as a strategic business advisor to leadership and management teams.

Ana Rodrigues has an education history that includes a Licentiate degree in Business Communication from the Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração do Porto from 2012 to 2015, a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management from Instituto CRIAP from 2018 to 2019, and an International Coaching Certification from Keep Corporate in 2019.
