Matt Slavik

Matt Slavik has a comprehensive work experience in various industries. Matt started their career as a Biological Monitor at TRC Companies, Inc. in 2011, and then worked as a Field Technician at ADS Environmental Services from 2013 to 2014. Matt then transitioned into a teaching role as a Teacher at SPĚVÁČEK from 2014 to 2018. Following that, they worked as a Recruiter at Mews from 2018 to 2021. Matt then joined Rossum as a Senior Recruiter from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they are serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at IP Fabric since December 2022, and also as the Talent Acquisition Lead - GTM since June 2023. In these roles, they are responsible for designing and updating recruiting procedures, leading the recruitment team, and monitoring recruitment metrics.

Matt Slavik earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Environmental Science from UC San Diego, where they studied from 2006 to 2011.
