Dawn (Mertzer) McGee

Dawn (Mertzer) McGee has over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications and networking industry. Dawn began their career in 1988 as a Technical Support Analyst at Wang Labs. In 1989, they moved to Comverse as a Technical Account Manager. Dawn then worked at Voicetek as a Technical Support Manager from 1993 to 1999. From 1999 to 2001, they were a Product Manager at Nokia Inc. In 2001, they became an Inside Sales Manager at TomTom Inc., where they grew a team from zero to three Inside Sales Reps. In 2004, they started their own business, Free To Be Consulting, as a Certified and Licensed Nutrition Coach. In 2007, they were a Business Development Manager at MapleWorks Technologies Inc., and then the North American Business Development Manager at Northforge Innovations (formerly MapleWorks Technology and acquired by IP Infusion) from 2007 to 2022. Currently, they are a Senior Director, OcNOS Flex at IP Infusion, utilizing their experience to create the best solutions for their customers.

Dawn (Mertzer) McGee obtained a BS in Computer Science, with minors in Business and Psychology, from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute between 1984 and 1988. Dawn also has a certification as a Nutrition Coach from Venice Nutrition.
