Genevieve Kirton

Genevieve Kirton serves as the Governance Compliance Officer at the International Paralympic Committee since November 2021, where responsibilities include leading the implementation of governance review outcomes and managing governance controls. Previously, Genevieve held various roles at Lloyds Banking Group from June 2012 to December 2020, including Senior Supplier Governance & Compliance Manager, focusing on supplier management and regulatory risk. Other notable positions include Process Improvement Executive at Friends Life Group, Programme Office Manager at AXA Life, and multiple roles in marketing and operations across various companies. Genevieve holds a BSc (Hons) and BA (Hons) from the University of Portsmouth, completed from 2000 to 2005.
