TITLE: Inside Sales Representative
DEPARTMENT: Sales  

MANAGER: Director of Customer Success

OFFICE LOCATION: Jersey City, NJ

Role Overview:

The Inside Sales Representative will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and promoting our innovative services and solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-driven individual with a passion for technology and a desire to excel in sales within the fintech industry. 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target prospective clients in the financial services industry through research, lead generation, and networking
  • Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement to introduce our financial technology solutions and create new business opportunities
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities to achieve and exceed individual and team targets
  • Develop a deep understanding of our financial technology products and services, staying up to date with industry trends and competitive offerings
  • Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the value proposition of our solutions to potential clients
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns
  • Work closely with the sales team and other internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through the sales process
  • Actively listen to client feedback and requirements, addressing concerns, and proposing tailored solutions that meet their needs
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate pricing, and contract terms and close deals to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status and forecast to sales management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven track record of success in inside sales or similar role, preferable within the financial technology industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients effectively
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a persuasive and results-oriented approach
  • Solid understanding of financial services and financial technology products
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales productivity tools
  • Highly self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment and adapt to evolving market conditions
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments .

Additional Information:
