Dr.ashvini Saxena

Dr. Ashvini Saxena has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Dr.Ashvini began their career in 1995 at Shaba Chemicals in Ratlam, where they worked as a Ratlam for a year. In 1996, they moved to Amoli Organics in Baroda and held the position until 1999. During this time, they gained valuable experience in the field. In the same year, Dr. Saxena joined Ipca Laboratories Ltd as a GM R&D API. Dr.Ashvini later became Vice President R&D in August 2013 and has since been focused on developing plant feasible and safe processes for API's. Dr. Saxena prioritizes safety and aims for seamless tech transfer.

Dr. Ashvini Saxena holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in the synthesis of novel heterocyclic compounds, which was earned from Patkar College Goregaon between 2002 and 2009. Prior to this, Dr. Saxena completed a Master's degree in Organic Chemistry from Govt. Arts and Science College Ratlam (1981-1986). Dr. Saxena also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biology, General from the same institution during the period of 1981-1984. Lastly, Dr. Saxena completed their High School education at MG HS Jaora between 1978 and 1981, specializing in Biology/Biological Sciences.
