Kazi Bozle Rafi

Kazi Bozle Rafi currently serves as an Assistant Relationship Manager at IPDC Finance since April 2022, where notable achievements include being recognized as a “STAR” Performer for seven months and managing a portfolio exceeding BDT 250 million. Rafi has successfully onboarded over 20 Priority Accounts and prepared periodic reports for encashment and inflow across all branches, in addition to organizing employee activation programs in esteemed organizations. Prior to this role, Rafi worked as a Strategic Planner at Madmen Digital from June 2021 to April 2022, where responsibilities included developing strategic campaign plans for various brands, conducting social media analyses, implementing content plans, and coordinating corporate events.
