Nahida Sultana

Nahida Sultana is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and organizational development. Currently serving as In Charge of Talent Acquisition and OD at IPDC Finance since November 2022, Nahida oversees strategic initiatives to attract, develop, and retain talent. Prior roles include AGM-HR at Fiber@Home Ltd., where responsibilities encompassed driving HR strategies and performance management, as well as leading various HR functions at Nuvista Pharma Limited and The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Ltd. Bangladesh. Nahida began their career in HR at Novartis, ensuring effective performance appraisal processes and employee engagement initiatives. Educationally, Nahida holds an Executive MBA in Human Resources Management and a BBA with dual specializations in Marketing and Human Resource Management from North South University.
