Thushara Bandara

Thushara Bandara is an accomplished IT professional with a diverse background in information technology and management. Currently serving as the IT Service Manager at IPera.AI since November 2016, Thushara effectively leads an IT team for application support, maintenance, and monitoring while developing strategies to align application use with business objectives. Previous roles include Information Technology Service Desk Team Lead at Alpha Data, overseeing helpdesk operations and establishing key performance indicators, and System Administrator at Aexis Belgium & The Netherlands, responsible for managing development servers. Early career experiences encompass technical support and network administration roles at Enterprise Technology (Pvt) Ltd and ESOFT Metro Campus, respectively. Thushara holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from the University of Colombo and is a member of BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. Currently pursuing a Master in Data Science & Artificial Intelligence at the University of Peradeniya, Thushara continues to enhance expertise in the evolving tech landscape.
