Lisa Racioppo

Lisa Racioppo, RN, has an extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Lisa currently holds the position of EVP, Group Management Director, Emerging Markets Lead at IPG Health since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Area 23 from 2019 to 2023, where they held the roles of EVP, Group Management Director and SVP, Group Management Director. Before that, Lisa worked at McCann Health Echo as an SVP, Account Director from 2017 to 2019. Their responsibilities included building client relationships, leading global initiatives, and providing expertise in healthcare communication. Lisa also worked as a Vice President, Group Account Director at PALIO in 2016-2017, where they focused on accelerating biopharmaceutical developments. Earlier in their career, they held roles such as Senior Partner, Group Account Director at MRM//McCann, Founder of an Independent Marketing Consultant Company, Senior Partner, Executive Marketing Director at Ogilvy & Mather, President, Sr. Marketing Strategist and Independent Contractor at LMR Consulting, and Senior Partner, Group Account Director at JWT/RMG Connect. Lisa has also authored a memoir published by Pan Am Books in 2015.

Lisa Racioppo, RN completed their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from Chamberlain University between 2013 and 2015. Lisa also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication and Media Studies from St. Francis College, which they earned from 1988 to 1992.
