Betty Morse

Betty Morse is an experienced Senior Benefits Specialist at IPG Photonics since October 2017, with a robust background in human resources management spanning over two decades. Prior to IPG Photonics, Betty served as the Human Resources Manager and Nurse Practitioner Residency Administrator at the Family Health Center of Worcester, where responsibilities included implementing a new Payroll/HRIS system, ensuring benefit plan compliance, and overseeing recruitment and safety. Betty also held significant roles at Babcock Power, including Interim Corporate HR Director and Manager of Compensation & Benefits, overseeing programs for approximately 1,700 employees. Educational qualifications include a CEBS in Employee Benefit Plans from The Wharton School, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Becker College, and a SPHR certification from HRCI.
