Neil Cousin

Neil Cousin has a diverse work experience in the IT industry, spanning over several roles and companies. Neil recently joined IPG Photonics as the iT Service Delivery Lead and previously worked at Applause as the Service Desk Manager. Prior to that, they served as the Desktop Support Team Lead at Fragomen. Neil has also held positions such as IT Services Manager at Spade Technology, Help Desk Lead at Barrett Distribution Centers, Inc., and Site Lead at Unisys. Neil started their career as a Manager of Infrastructure Services and Support at HELIX TECHNOLOGY/BROOKS AUTOMATION and later worked as a Help Desk Manager at MAXIMUS. Neil holds managerial positions as well, including Manager of Desktop Services at Brandeis University and Project Lead at MAXIMUS.

Neil Cousin has a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Marketing from The Ohio State University. Neil also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Miami University.
