Matt Weisberg

Matthew Weisberg, CAIA, is a seasoned real estate professional currently serving as Managing Director at IPI Partners since July 2020. Matthew also holds the position of ULI Product Council Chair for Data Centers at the Urban Land Institute since April 2022. Prior to their current roles, Matthew was Senior Director at Tribune Real Estate Holdings, LLC from November 2013 to July 2020, where responsibilities included directing the repositioning of a substantial real estate portfolio. Earlier in their career, Matthew served as Associate Director at Navigant Consulting, Inc., advising private equity funds and Fortune 500 companies, and as an Associate at LECG, LLC, focusing on financial modeling and market research. Matthew earned a B.A. in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin from 1997 to 2001.
