Megan Pirooz

Megan Pirooz has extensive legal expertise, currently serving as Associate General Counsel at IPI Partners since March 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Corporate Finance Associate at Winston & Strawn LLP from June 2017 to March 2022 and as a Commercial Finance Associate at Goldberg Kohn Ltd. from September 2014 to June 2017. Megan Pirooz holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Michigan, a Doctor of Law (JD) from Michigan State University College of Law, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Law and Entrepreneurship from Duke University School of Law. Education began at Huron High School, where foundational skills and knowledge were developed from 2001 to 2005.
