Valentina Ojeda Madariaga

Valentina Ojeda Madariaga has held a variety of roles in the legal field. From 2012 to 2016, they were an Ayudante Curso Creación y Gestión de Empresas at Universidad de Las Américas (CL). During this same period, they were also a Profesora Ayudante del Curso Emprendimiento y Gestión and a Profesora Ayudante del Curso Formulación de Proyectos at the same university. In 2016, they became an Abogada Asociada at Budinich Abogados. In 2019, they completed a Máster at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. In 2020, they completed a Máster at Il·lustre Col·legi de l'Advocacia de Barcelona (ICAB). Finally, they are currently a Jefa Legal at ODATA.

Valentina Ojeda Madariaga began their educational journey in 1994 at Colegio Mariano de Schönstatt, where they remained until 2007. In 2006 to 2007, they participated in an exchange program with the Chilean-German League. Valentina then attended Universidad de Chile in 2008 to study Ciencias Políticas y Gubernamentales. In 2013, they attended Universidad de Salamanca for the III Curso Internacional de Derecho Romano. Valentina then attended Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile from 2009 to 2013, earning their Licenciatura in Derecho. In 2016, they earned their Diplomatura in Medio Ambiente y Desarrollo Sustentable from the same university. From 2019 to 2020, they attended Universitat Autónoma de Barcelona, earning their Master of Laws - LLM in Derecho Empresarial. Finally, they attended Il·lustre Col·legi de l'Advocacia de Barcelona (ICAB) from 2020 to 2021, earning their Master's degree in Derecho de la Sociedad de la Información y Derecho Digital.
