Sean Ivery

Sean Ivery is a seasoned professional in the real estate and music venue industries, currently serving as a Partner at IPI Partners since January 2018. Ivery is also a Founding Partner of The Independent SF, a music venue operating since January 2003. Previous experience includes roles in data center solutions and advisory at CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield, respectively, along with a significant tenure as Director at Navigant Consulting from 2005 to 2010, focusing on real estate and construction practices. Earlier in the career, Ivery was a Senior Manager in the Real Estate Advisory Practice at EY from 1995 to 2005. Educational background includes attendance at Boston College.
