Tobias Fischli, CFA

Tobias Fischli, CFA, is the founder, president, and investment advisor at TAF Capital Advisors, Inc. since 2014. In this role, they oversee all aspects of the investment committee process and is responsible for generating investment theses and conducting due diligence.

Tobias also serves as a director on the board of iPill Dispenser since 2021.

Prior to their current roles, Fischli worked at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management from 2011 to 2013 as an international client advisor, where they provided wealth management and executed trades for UHNW and HNW clients.

Before that, they were a financial analyst at Hamlin Harkins in 2009, where they supported financial and strategic consulting for various industries.

Fischli also served in the Swiss Armed Forces as a task force leader and corporal from 2001 to 2002, and started their career as a bank apprentice at UBS Wealth Management from 1998 to 2001, where they conducted transactions and provided financial advisory support.

Tobias Fischli, CFA, holds a Master of Science degree in Financial Analysis from the University of San Francisco. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Finance from Golden Gate University. Tobias also completed a degree in English Communications/TOEFL at the Intercultural Communications College. Additionally, Tobias holds a banking apprenticeship under UBS AG, which they completed at the Kaufmännischer Verein (KV) Basel. In 2014, they obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute.
