Helen Jones

Helen Jones has a diverse work experience in HR roles. Helen started their career in 1995 at IBM as a Human Resources Specialist and worked there until 1999. Helen then moved to DERA where they served as a Recruitment Manager, responsible for implementing recruitment strategies and initiatives. In 2000, Helen joined iPipeline Limited as an HR Director. In this role, they were responsible for driving the design and implementation of people strategies, improving the working environment, and achieving successful business outcomes. Helen's contributions were recognized when iPipeline won the Best Place to Work award at The Gloucestershire Business Awards in 2015 and 2016.

Helen Jones attended the University of Portsmouth where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. Prior to that, they attended Stroud High School for Girls.
