Michelle Brands has extensive experience in sales and account management in the insurance and technology industries. Michelle currently works as a Sales Director at iPipeline, where they are responsible for new business sales and account management of life insurance and annuity carriers in the US, Canada, and the Caribbean. Prior to this, Michelle worked at Vertafore as an Account Executive, and at VUE Software as a Sales Director, where they exceeded annual sales goals and won major new business deals with insurance carriers. Michelle also has experience working at VMware, SunGard (now part of FIS), CA Technologies, and Informix, where they held various sales roles and consistently exceeded sales goals.
Michelle Brands completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a minor in Marketing from Webster University between 1992 and 1994. Michelle also attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1987 to 1990, where they studied Business. Michelle Brands has obtained several additional certifications, including the ValueSelling Framework from Visualize - Inc in 2015 and a 2-15 Life Health and Annuities License from the State of Florida in December 2003. Michelle has also received training in Brain Selling - Insurance Industry, Demo2Win Training, Richardson Sales Training, Sales Principles, Salesforce.com Training, and Target Account Selling.
