Ranjith Reddy

Ranjith Reddy has a diverse work experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Ranjith started their career as a Technical Recruiter at Benvia LLC in 2015 and then moved on to work as a Technical Recruiter at Zolon Tech Inc. in the same year. In 2016, they joined Saxon Global, Inc. as a Technical Recruiter, where they were responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. Ranjith then worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Damco Solutions from 2017 to 2018, where they handled end-to-end recruitment processes. From 2018 to 2021, they served as a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition at Avance Consulting, where they played a key role in executive search and recruitment process outsourcing. Currently, they are working at iPlace as a Principal Recruiter, specializing in talent acquisition.
