Lisa Paal

Lisa Paal has extensive work experience in sales and management roles. Lisa is currently the Director of Sales at IPM Foods since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Radienz Living as a Sales Director from March 2021 to June 2023. Before that, Lisa held the position of Contract Manufacturing Sales Director at US Nonwovens in January 2021. Lisa also served as the Contract Manufacturing Sales Manager and Contract Manufacturing Manager at Trilliant Food & Nutrition, LLC from February 2019 to December 2020. Earlier in their career, they worked at Belmark as an Account Service Representative from April 2017 to February 2019. Lisa also has experience as the Director of Customer Service and Pricing at Tufco from August 2016 to March 2017, and as a Customer Service Manager from July 2014 to August 2016. Lisa has also worked as a National Sales Associate at Imperial Supplies from April 2012 to July 2014. Lisa's career started at HC Miller as an Account Manager from April 2011 to March 2012. Prior to that, they worked at Wisconsin Converting, Inc. as a Product Service Specialist from February 2010 to April 2011, and at Fabio Perini Koerber Paper Link as an Account Manager from March 2005 to September 2009.

Lisa Paal completed their Associate's degree in the Administrative Assistant Program at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College from 2002 to 2004. Lisa then pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Management and Communications at Concordia University-Wisconsin from 2005 to 2007.
