What are we looking for?

BetterSleep is looking for a CRM Growth Manager to define, implement and execute CRM strategies to get the maximum impact on revenues and retention. This individual will be in charge of creating personalized and effective communication strategies with our users to make their user journey and sleep exceptional. CRM influences multiple KPIs, and you need to be highly dedicated to them. 

The ideal candidate will be excited about finding innovative ideas, testing repeatedly, and measuring results using the different CRM and analytics tools to move the needle. This role is about growth and optimization therefore it sits within marketing + product, so you must be self-driven and work efficiently with teams that have different goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute the CRM vision through multiple channels (email, push, in-app messages, sms, etc.);
  • Working closely with the product team to optimize the user journey and user experience using personalized and engaging communications to improve user retention, activation and conversion;
  • Collaborate with the paid media team on user acquisition and retention campaigns;
  • Implements segmentation strategies in order to optimize and increase the efficiency of our communications;
  • Develops tailored programs for each audience group;
  • Perform A B tests all the time to find the best solutions and  constantly maximize and improve the performance of BetterSleep;
  • Collaborate with the design, brand management and editorial team to develop a content strategy that encourages sales and brand engagement depending on the different audience groups identified;
  • Keeps up to date with new CRM trends, best practices and with the competition;
  • Collaborates with the IT team on data integration workflow, export, as well as new data integration.
