Melanie Roy has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and management. Melanie currently works as a Talent Director at Teladoc Health, a company that focuses on addressing health and well-being. Prior to that, they were the Head of Talent at Ipnos, where they contributed to the expansion of a successful app aimed at improving sleep for millions of users. Melanie also has experience working as a Human Resources Business Partner at Melanie Roy Recrutement, supporting talent acquisition and management in the digital space.
