Pedro Henrique V. S. Silva is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in venture capital, entrepreneurship, and financial leadership. Currently serving as a Venture Partner at Iporanga Ventures since 2023, Pedro previously co-founded and led Arvorie, a fintech focused on affordable childcare, from 2019 to 2022. Prior roles include Entrepreneur-in-Residence for Digital Innovation & Ventures at Baker McKenzie, CFO of the Walmart Sales Area at The Kraft Heinz Company, and Private Equity Associate at The Carlyle Group. Pedro has also held consulting positions at McKinsey & Company and Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, covering a range of industries. Academically, Pedro holds an MBA from The Wharton School and an Engineer's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica - ITA.
