Aimée Carricato

Aimée Carricato serves as the Head of Organic Growth and Growth Officer at iProspect, a dentsu company, since January 2024, and is a graduate of the Women's Leadership Program | Path of Tabei for 2023-2024. Prior to this role, Aimée was the Media Growth Lead at Merkle from January 2023 to January 2024, and the Head of Business Development at Media Storm from February 2021 to December 2022. Aimée's earlier experience includes positions as Senior Director of Business Development at Hearts & Science, where Aimée won the "Heart" Award in 2019, and various roles at OmnicomMediaGroup USA, PHD, Horizon Media, Big Spaceship, and Erwin-Penland. Aimée holds a B.A. in Advertising/Public Relations from Penn State University and a Graphic and Digital Design Certificate from The New School. Additional training includes participation in the dentsu Consultant Growth Program in 2021.
