Michelle Young (Dintemann) has extensive work experience in HR programs and initiatives. Michelle currently works at IPS Corporation as the HR Programs Director, where they are responsible for creating, implementing, maintaining, and evaluating the effectiveness of HR programs. In addition, they lead the Talent Acquisition team and serves as the HR Business Partner for the Shared Services team.
Prior to their current role, Michelle worked at Rockwell Automation for over two decades. During their time there, they held various positions, including Global HR Process Lead, Human Resources Program Manager, Manager of Human Resources Continuous Improvement, GPT Substream Lead for Human Capital Management, Staffing Center Manager, Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Internal Consultant.
In these roles, they were involved in a range of responsibilities such as providing HR process expertise, implementing people analytics solutions, facilitating talent management programs, driving HR process excellence, and managing recruiting efforts.
Before joining Rockwell Automation, Michelle worked as a Human Resources Representative at FLIR Systems.
Michelle Young (Dintemann) earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Hamline University in 1992. Michelle then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota, completing the program from 1995 to 1997. Additionally, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Rockwell Automation in 2009.
