Rajesh Ranjan

Rajesh Ranjan has extensive experience in research and development roles within various companies. Rajesh is currently serving as the Director of R&D at IPS Corporation since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at GKN Aerospace as the Head of Engineering and Technology R&D (Director) from 2019 to 2023, where they focused on customer centricity and cultural transformation. Before that, they were the R&D Manager at Church & Dwight Co., Inc. from 2017 to 2019, where they accelerated alignment and challenged the status quo. From 2011 to 2017, they served as the R&D Manager at Saint-Gobain, where they focused on innovation during a crisis and challenging industry norms. Lastly, Rajesh worked as a Senior Scientist at Solvay from 2007 to 2011, where they led cross-functional project teams and gained extensive experience in polymer synthesis and formulation.

Rajesh Ranjan obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi in 2003. Rajesh then pursued a PhD in Polymer Science from The University of Akron from 2003 to 2007. In 2015, they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from NYU Stern School of Business.
