Shai Borochov

Shai Borochov currently serves as the Director of R&D at Solidus Labs, starting in September 2024, focusing on security and compliance in the digital asset lifecycle. Prior to this role, Shai was a Senior Engineering Manager at Paxos from February 2018 to June 2024, where contributions were made to blockchain technology in financial services. Experience also includes working as a Forward Deployment Engineer at Palantir Technologies between September 2015 and February 2018, leading data integrations and product development. Shai held the position of Technical Lead at Trax Image Recognition from August 2014 to September 2015, providing insights for retail execution. Previously, Shai was a Senior Software Engineer at Goldman Sachs from October 2009 to March 2013, focusing on eTrading and trade processing, and served in a similar capacity at ECI Telecom from March 2004 to September 2009, specializing in networking protocol development. Education was completed at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2002 to 2005.
