Fanny Duvacher

Fanny Duvacher currently serves as VP Strategy & Transformation at Ipsen, a position held since November 2022. Prior to this, a significant tenure at Sanofi lasted from November 2001 to October 2022, culminating in the role of Senior Director of Portfolio Decisions Resources within Corporate Strategy, where Fanny led R&D Portfolio Decision Making Transformation and advanced analytics initiatives for various product lines. Earlier roles at Sanofi included Europe Commercial Lead for Dupixent, where Fanny oversaw its successful launch in Europe, and New Product Planning Director for Europe, responsible for implementing a New Product Planning process. Fanny’s extensive experience also encompasses management of hospital and specialist business units across Africa and numerous positions in marketing and product management in France. Academic credentials include a PharmD from Université d'Angers, a Master's degree in Marketing from HEC Paris, and a University Diploma in Market Access from Aix-Marseille University.
