Rita Green

Rita Green is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in procurement and broadcasting. Currently serving as Vice President of Procurement International at Ipsen since April 2024, Rita leads a global team managing a €500M spend across indirect categories. Prior to joining Ipsen, Rita held various significant roles at BBC as a Broadcast Producer, covering sports programs, including co-commentating for the Women's Super League. Rita's procurement expertise includes serving as Procurement Director for Ferrero in the UK & Ireland, and as Head of Indirect Procurement at pladis Global. Rita's career at Mars encompassed positions such as Global Category Senior Strategic Sourcing Leader and Global Senior Category Manager IT, showcasing a deep understanding of strategic procurement across multiple sectors. Rita's educational background includes a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Reading and an Advanced Certificate of Marketing from CIM.
