Maurice Desloover

Maurice Desloover is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service excellence and software implementation. Currently serving as the Manager of Service Excellence at iPS Powerful People since April 2023, Maurice focuses on optimizing service delivery for clients and candidates, along with enhancing internal organizational efficiency. Prior roles include Implementatie Consultant at Mysolution, Consultant for software implementation at BCS HRM en Salarisadministratie BV, and Management Assistant at Stichting Veritas Vertegenwoordiging, where Maurice was instrumental in process documentation and team communication. Additionally, Maurice owned KorfbalSpot, an online platform for korfball enthusiasts, and completed internships with Gemeente Rotterdam and the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management. Maurice holds a Bachelor’s degree in Build Environment with a focus on Spatial Planning and Development from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
