Ian Fawkes

Ian Fawkes has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Ian started their career in 2000 as a Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer at Consort Environmental Services Limited, where they worked until 2005. From 2005 to 2006, Ian served as an Assistant M&E QS at Swindon Commercial Services Ltd. Ian then joined Gardiner & Theobald LLP as an Assistant QS from 2006 to 2008. Ian continued their career at Ridge and Partners LLP as an M&E QS from 2008 to 2011. From 2011 to the present, Ian has worked at Ipsum, holding various roles including Commercial Manager, Senior Commercial Manager, and currently serves as Head of Operations (MoD), where they are responsible for overseeing operations.

Ian Fawkes holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management from the University of the West of England. Ian also has an HNC in Building Services from Bath College. Additionally, they have obtained a certification as an Internal Auditor, though the institution and year of obtaining are not specified.
