Caroline Bagshaw is Group Chief People Officer at IQ-EQ. Caroline has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, including executive positions at Mastercard and Monese.

Bagshaw began their career in HR at Mastercard in 2013, where they quickly rose through the ranks to Executive Vice President, HR, International. In this role, they were responsible for developing the people agenda and its execution for the company's international business and employees located outside of North America. Key areas of focus included upskilling the salesforce, differentiating performance, reviewing the org model to ensure focus on the customer, improving gender balance at senior levels, and upgrading the roles of country manager within the organization.

In 2017, Bagshaw set up and led Mastercard's new Organizational Effectiveness, Centre of Expertise. In this role, they were responsible for developing data-driven approaches to organizational efficiency and effectiveness, as well as a high-performing and inclusive culture and effective change management.

In 2020, Bagshaw left Mastercard to join Monese as Head of People (Interim). Monese is a mobile app alternative to banks, offering money accounts that can be opened instantly. Bagshaw was responsible for leading the HR team, developing and implementing people strategies, policies and processes across all people areas. Caroline also developed the EVP and improved the employee experience.

Bagshaw is currently Group Chief People Officer at IQ-EQ.

Caroline Bagshaw has a BA (Hons) in Social Policy and Administration from the University of Hull. Caroline is currently working as a social worker in a government agency.
