Dirk van Den Berg

Dirk van den Berg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk management, compliance, and internal audit. Currently serving as Director of Risk and Compliance at IQ-EQ since July 2016, Dirk manages the implementation of the Group Risk Framework in Dutch Operations and coordinates risk-related policies. Previous roles include Senior Manager Internal Audit at IQ-EQ, Compliance Officer and Manager of Group Internal Audit at Pension Fund Sanoma Media, and Relationship Manager at Van Noord Accountants & Belastingadviseurs. Dirk's career in internal auditing began at ING as a Senior Internal Auditor and began with Ernst & Young as a Senior Auditor. Dirk holds advanced degrees from Erasmus University Rotterdam, Nyenrode Business University, and the University of Groningen.
