Stephanie Connole

Stephanie Connole has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in writing, training, and talent management. Since June 2007, Stephanie has served as a Health Writer at IQ Solutions. In addition, Stephanie has held various roles at Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli since January 2017, including VP Training & Special Projects, Talent Management/Recruiting & Program Director, and Talent & Culture Director. Prior to this, Stephanie was the Regional Recruiting Associate & Team Lead at MassMutual from July 2014 to December 2016 and served as Operations Director at Xtreme Lashes from June 2009 to July 2014. Stephanie began their career as a Business Continuity Analyst at Legg Mason Technology Services from December 2007 to June 2009. Stephanie holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from the University of Maryland University College and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Bucknell University.
