Murat Sangaliyev

Murat Sangaliyev has extensive work experience in the field of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE). Murat most recently worked at IQ Solutions as the Head of the HSSE department starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they served as the HSE Manager at QAZAQ Jer Kurylys LLP from February 2021 to October 2022.

Before joining QAZAQ Jer Kurylys LLP, Murat held the position of HSE Supervisor at Kentech Group from December 2016 to January 2021. Their responsibilities included commissioning various projects, such as the IOCC project in Orken village, 3GP / 3GI Construction & Commissioning projects, KPJV FGP Project, and TCO Base Business KTL/SGP Turnaround projects in the Tengiz field.

Earlier in their career, Murat worked as an HSE Supervisor at Baker Huges Inteq for a brief period in 2016. Murat also served as an HSE Supervisor at FourQuest Energy from April 2015 to May 2016, where they specialized in N2/H Leak Test Operation, Chemical Cleaning Operation, and Offshore Kashagan D – Island B.O.S projects.

In addition, Murat worked as an HSE Engineer at Alga Caspiy Gas Drilling company from January 2014 to January 2015. Murat gained further experience as an HSE Coordinator at Halliburton, where they held various roles from June 2013 to January 2014 and from February 2009 to May 2013. Their responsibilities included the implementation of safe work processes and practices, development of permit to work systems, and conducting inspections and audits.

Prior to Halliburton, Murat worked as an HSE Coordinator at Halliburton from January 2010 to January 2011, where they were involved in the implementation of safe work processes and practices, as well as the development of permit to work systems.

Earlier in their career, Murat served as an HSE Inspector at MTG Muhendislik ve Ticaret LTD. from November 2005 to May 2006 and as a Safety Officer at Bechtel-Enka Joint Venture from April 2004 to November 2005.
