Dushyant Sangar

Dushyant Sangar has extensive work experience in the field of investment and finance. Dushyant currently serves as the Chief Investment Officer at iQ Student Accommodation, a position they began in April 2021. Prior to this, they held the same role at intu from May 2019 to January 2021. Dushyant also worked at intu as the Corporate Development Director from June 2014 to May 2019 and as the Corporate Finance Manager from August 2010 to June 2014. Before joining intu, Dushyant worked as an Associate in Corporate Acquisitions at MGPA from December 2008 to August 2010. Dushyant also served as a Portfolio Analyst at Pengana Capital Group, specifically in the Absolute Return Real Estate Fund, from April 2007 to December 2008. Dushyant began their career at UBS, where they worked as an Associate Director in Real Estate Investment Banking from May 2006 to April 2007 and as an Analyst in the same department from June 2003 to May 2006.

Dushyant Sangar completed their Bachelor's Degree in Management Science at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2000 to 2003. Dushyant also attended the Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2015, where they specialized in the Real Estate Management Program, focusing on Finance, Design, and Leadership. Prior to their university studies, they attended St Dunstan's College from 1993 to 2000.
